Tiny Night Café Privacy Policy
Updated October 14, 2026 · Android game and playtests
Tiny Night Café is provided by First Market Equities LLC, operating as Brewed Apps (Brewed Apps Company). This policy explains information handled by the game and related support. The game is in testing; this page does not announce a public store release. General visits to this website are covered by the website privacy policy.
Your café stays on your device
The game saves coins, level progress, star ratings, unlocked drinks, equipment, decorations, daily-special progress, settings, and unfinished orders locally. It also stores result identifiers and whether a reward has been claimed, so the same reward cannot be paid twice. Playtest tools use a separate local profile. Save recovery copies and older-format migration backups may remain on the device.
There are no player accounts, developer-operated cloud saves, chat, online leaderboards, or real-money purchases. Brewed Apps does not automatically receive your local game profile. The game does not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
Starting with version 0.6.2, a neutral welcome screen asks for your date of birth. It is processed only on your device and cleared immediately after determining an age group: under 13, 13–17, or 18 and over. Only that group is saved locally; the date is not saved, logged, or sent to Brewed Apps or the advertising provider. You can prefer not to answer, which saves an unknown group. All groups have the same café features and child-directed advertising settings. Ad privacy checks start after this welcome choice is saved.
Advertising and test versions
Where advertising is enabled, Tiny Night Café uses Google AdMob. An available full-screen ad may appear between levels. You can separately choose to watch a rewarded ad for the exact extra coins shown on the results screen. Your ordinary level earnings remain yours if an ad is unavailable or you do not earn the bonus. Ads require an internet connection; the café can be played offline.
The current playtest uses Google test advertisements rather than live monetization. Test advertisements are served by a real SDK and can still involve network and diagnostic processing. Older playtest versions may use a different Google SDK integration; update to the latest build for the current privacy controls. Live advertising remains disabled until the intended Families configuration and release checks are complete.
Google may process an IP address and the general area inferred from it, device and app information, ad views and interactions, diagnostics, and identifiers used by its services. These support ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Child-directed settings and advertising-ID restrictions limit some uses; they do not make advertising anonymous or mean no information is processed.
The Families configuration uses contextual advertising, child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment, and a general-audience ad-content limit for every player. It does not use behavioral personalization. The release integration uses Google's Mobile Ads SDK from the Play Families self-certified program; that program is not certification of this game or a guarantee that every ad is appropriate.
Google’s consent service checks whether ads may be requested. If applicable privacy choices are required, they are presented before ads load. Settings includes a Privacy Policy link and a Privacy Choices control when Google requires it. Under-age treatment can mean that no consent form is shown. A consent form is not parental identity verification.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Google explains its own data retention and request options. Uninstalling the game does not erase information already held by Google.
Children and parents
Tiny Night Café is intended for ages six and up, including children under 13, teens, and adults. We apply the child-directed advertising configuration to everyone. The welcome screen processes a birthday locally without retaining or transmitting it, as explained above. The game does not provide user-generated content, direct messaging, or a personal profile. Coins are game currency and cannot be redeemed for money.
Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support. Please do not send a child's name, school, photograph, voice recording, or other unnecessary personal information. We do not use support messages for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
A parent or guardian may contact us to ask what information we hold about their child, request review or deletion, or ask us to stop further collection or use where applicable. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing information. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary, secure method has been agreed. If we learn that we received information that we are not permitted to keep, we will address it and delete it as required.
Support and diagnostics
If you email hello@brewedapps.com, we receive your email address, any sender name, the message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests. Our support mailbox uses Google Workspace. Please send only what is needed and avoid passwords, payment details, and unrelated personal information.
Development and playtest builds can produce local technical logs. They are not automatically sent to Brewed Apps. A support request may include logs or screenshots if you choose to provide them. The game has no separate developer-connected gameplay analytics or crash-reporting service. Advertising services have their own processing described above.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local game data remains until it is removed or replaced. On Android, Settings → Apps → Tiny Night Café → Storage → Clear data removes the app’s local progress and settings; wording varies by device. Clearing only the cache does not reset your café. Removing data is permanent unless you separately have a usable backup. Device or operating-system backups may retain or restore copies. Brewed Apps cannot remotely retrieve or delete a local save that you have not sent to us.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, investigate related issues, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can request deletion by email. If an exception requires retention, we will explain it. Advertising providers and mailbox providers operate their own retention and backup processes.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. There is no Tiny Night Café account to delete. Nothing here limits mandatory rights.
Providers, security, and changes
Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, investigate misuse, or resolve a dispute. Local saves rely on device protections; save integrity checks are not encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We will update this page when relevant practices change and provide additional notices or choices when required. The date above identifies the latest revision. The policy and in-game configuration must be reviewed before a materially different advertising or data feature is released.
