Your data, your choices

You do not need a Glint Garden account to request access or deletion.

Stop optional measurement

Open Garden → Settings → Help improve Glint Garden and turn off gameplay analytics and crash reports independently. This does not erase earlier cloud reports. Advertising choices are separate and can be reopened under Settings → Privacy choices when required in your region.

Request deletion of earlier reports

  1. In Help improve Glint Garden, choose Copy privacy request code. This copies the installation code and any available Analytics installation identifiers; it is created only if optional measurement has been allowed on this installation.
  2. Email hello@brewedapps.com with the subject “Glint Garden privacy request”, paste the complete copied text if available, and state which data you want accessed or deleted. If you no longer have the code, contact us and explain that; do not send identity documents or passwords.
  3. We will review the request, verify it proportionately where necessary, and use the applicable provider deletion process. We will explain any information we cannot reliably locate, legal retention exception or provider limitation. Deletion is not instant.

Support email and advertising

For support correspondence, tell us the email address and approximate date of the messages you want deleted. For data Google holds as an advertising provider, use Google's privacy and data request tools as well as the applicable advertising choices in the app or device settings.

Erase your local garden

On Android, Settings → Apps → Glint Garden → Storage → Clear data removes local progress and settings; labels vary by device. Clearing cache alone does not remove progress. On iPhone or iPad, Settings → General → iPhone Storage or iPad Storage → Glint Garden → Delete App removes the app and its local data. Offload App retains documents and data, so offloading alone does not erase progress. Removing app data or uninstalling can also remove the privacy request code, so copy it first if you want to request cloud deletion. Device backups may separately retain data. We cannot remotely erase or recover a local save.
