Delete your DealBoard account

You can delete your account in DealBoard or request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app, sign into this website, or buy a subscription to email a request.

Request account deletion by email ↗hello@brewedapps.com

Request deletion without the app

  1. Email hello@brewedapps.com with the subject “Delete my DealBoard account”, preferably from your registered DealBoard email.
  2. State that you want to delete your DealBoard account and its associated data. If you are writing from a different address, identify the registered email and explain if you no longer have access to it.
  3. We will verify ownership before acting, for example by asking you to reply from the account email. If that is not possible, contact us to discuss an appropriate alternative. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary, proportionate verification method has first been agreed.

Never send your password, verification codes, recovery links, access tokens, card details or customer records. Opening the email link does not send a request; send the message using your email service. We do not delete an account solely because an unverified message names it.

We will respond about verification, next steps and the expected handling time. If some information must be retained or handled separately, we will explain that. Contact the same address to ask about the status of a request.

Delete inside DealBoard

  1. Connect to the internet and sign into the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings → Account security and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Enter your current password in the app, type DELETE in the confirmation field, and select Delete account permanently.
  4. Read the final confirmation and select Delete permanently.

The app re-verifies your password before deletion. On success it signs you out and clears the current device’s session and account cache. If it reports an error or the outcome is unclear, contact support instead of assuming the deletion completed.

Forgotten your password or lost access? Use the email request option above. Cancellation of billing is not a condition for requesting deletion.

What account deletion removes

The account deletion operation removes your Supabase authentication account and the following ordinary application database records:

  • Profile, account-linked application settings, and registration records of Terms acceptance and Privacy Policy acknowledgement.
  • Pay plans, versions, commission and bonus tiers.
  • Deals, optional customer names, VINs and comments, and bonus entries.
  • Month history and presold-review records.
  • Access grants, subscription synchronization records, app-held subscription email records, and offer-redemption records.

These app records cannot be restored through DealBoard after successful deletion. A restricted administrative deletion case remains for the separate handling described below. Deleting the account does not remove your employer’s own records or copies you have independently saved or shared.

What needs separate handling

Account deletion creates a restricted administrative case before removing the account. It keeps the account identifier, contact email and minimal provider references needed to complete follow-up deletion work and respond to you. References can include authentication email addresses and Resend message identifiers, recipients and times, but not sales data, email bodies, passwords or access tokens. Personal identifiers, contact details and provider references are cleared when the operator verifies provider outcomes and any necessary retention exceptions and closes the case. A minimal non-personal outcome record remains.

The case is not automatic erasure at RevenueCat, Resend or another provider. An operator still needs to carry out the relevant deletion steps or verify a legitimate reason and period for any retained information. In-app deletion also attempts to notify support using only the case number. The protected case remains available if that notification is not delivered; you do not need to recreate your account to ask about progress.

Google Play billing and transaction records are separate from your app account. RevenueCat subscription records, Resend delivery records, support emails, diagnostic or infrastructure logs, and provider backups are not automatically erased by the in-app database deletion. Their deletion or retention needs to be assessed with the relevant provider and applicable obligations.

Minimal webhook event identifiers, event type, environment and processing timestamps remain for duplicate-event handling; the event table contains no deal contents or direct DealBoard account identifier. This is not a retained copy of your sales history.

An offline phone cannot receive an immediate remote cache purge. Sign out on other devices or remove the app’s local data. Previously delivered emails and copies you hold outside DealBoard are not withdrawn.

For requests about these records, contact hello@brewedapps.com. See the retention and deletion section of our Privacy Policy. We do not promise that every provider copy is erased instantly.

Stop future Google Play renewals

  1. Open Google Play subscriptions in a browser, or Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  2. Use the Google account that made the DealBoard purchase.
  3. Select DealBoard, choose Cancel subscription and finish the store’s steps.
  4. Check Google Play’s confirmation and the remaining access period.

Deleting your account or uninstalling DealBoard does not perform these cancellation steps. You can request deletion first and manage your subscription separately in Google Play. Refunds follow the store’s process and applicable consumer rights.
