What DealBoard does
DealBoard helps you record vehicle sales, pay plans and bonuses, review monthly history, and estimate compensation. It is not your employer’s payroll system, an official wage statement, or professional tax, legal or financial advice.
Estimates depend on your entries, selected pay-plan rules and available data. They are not a guarantee of income or payment. Check them against your employer’s current pay plan and official records before relying on them.
Your account
Use an email address you control, keep your credentials secure, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Contact hello@brewedapps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Some functions require an internet connection and verified access. Offline mode displays previously loaded data; it does not queue new sales or edits for later saving.
Your records & permitted use
You retain your rights in the information you enter. You authorize us to process it as needed to operate DealBoard and provide the services described in the Privacy Policy.
- Only enter data you have the right to use, in accordance with your employer’s rules and applicable law.
- Use the minimum customer information needed. Optional fields are not an invitation to upload credit applications, government identifiers, bank or card details, credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, gain unauthorized access, bypass access or billing controls, interfere with other users, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not use DealBoard to misrepresent compensation records or someone else’s information.
Subscriptions, trials & offers
Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. The store checkout shows the actual local price, billing period, taxes where applicable, trial or discount eligibility, and renewal terms. Review and confirm those terms before purchasing. We do not promise an offer or trial to every account.
Unless the checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically until cancelled. An eligible trial or promotional period may convert to paid or regular-price billing under the terms shown at checkout. Access is subject to store verification and can take time to update.
A failed or interrupted checkout is not proof of either purchase or cancellation. Check Google Play and refresh or restore the subscription before trying again. Do not purchase a second time solely because access is still updating.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel through Google Play subscriptions using the Google account that purchased the plan. You can also reach management from Settings → Subscription, or Manage existing subscription if access is locked. Complete the store’s steps and check its confirmation.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to the store’s terms, refunds and billing status. Uninstalling DealBoard, signing out, or deleting your DealBoard account does not cancel the store subscription.
Refund eligibility and processing follow Google Play’s refund rules and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. An optional retention offer is not required to continue to cancellation.
Availability & changes
We work to maintain DealBoard, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Network issues, store verification and maintenance can affect availability. Keep the official business records you need outside the app; a cached copy is not a backup service.
Features and these terms may change. Updated terms will identify their effective date and version, with notice or consent where required. Store terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply to paid subscriptions.
Ending use & deleting an account
You can stop using DealBoard and request deletion through the app or by email. See Delete your DealBoard account. Cancelling billing and deleting the app account are separate choices.
We may restrict access where necessary to address unlawful use, a security threat or a material breach of these terms. Restrictions must remain consistent with applicable law and mandatory consumer rights. Contact support to ask about an access problem or request review.
Ownership & your legal rights
DealBoard’s software and branding are owned by or licensed to First Market Equities LLC. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of that software or branding.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not require you to waive mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you.
