About this policy
Rushwater is a river arcade game provided by First Market Equities LLC, operating as Brewed Apps. This policy covers the Android game and related support. For privacy questions, contact hello@brewedapps.com. General visits to brewedapps.com are covered by the website privacy policy. An iOS version is planned; these disclosures do not describe an available iOS release.
Game data stored locally
Rushwater saves your coin balance, boat unlocks and selection, best distance, audio and control settings, tutorial completion, age group, advertising choice and notice version, and reward bookkeeping on your device. Local run identifiers identify individual runs, not player accounts. A local recovery copy may help with certain save errors; it is not a cloud backup.
The game has no player accounts, developer-managed cloud saves, online leaderboard, chat or real-money purchases. Brewed Apps does not automatically receive your local game profile. Removing app data can permanently remove progress and settings.
Optional rewarded advertising
Rushwater includes optional rewarded video advertising through Unity LevelPlay, with the ironSource and Unity Ads networks. Available rewards include reviving a run, doubling that run's coins and unlocking a special boat. An internet connection is needed for advertising. Availability varies, and a reward is granted only when the advertising integration confirms completion.
Advertising services may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device and application information, SDK-generated personal, device or other identifiers, ad requests and interactions, and diagnostic information. They use this information to provide and measure ads, operate their services and prevent fraud. Removing the Android advertising-ID permission does not mean that advertising involves no data processing.

In version 0.10.9 and later, before starting advertising services, the game asks for an age group and a separate choice about optional contextual advertising. Both are saved on the device. Choosing an age group does not itself permit advertising. You can refuse and keep playing, retry runs for free and use earned coins for available rewards. Personalized advertising is disabled; sale/sharing restrictions are enabled.
Older internal builds ask for age only; update to 0.10.9 or later to use the separate permission control. Review or withdraw the advertising choice in Settings > Privacy & Ads. Withdrawal stops new ad requests, discards loaded ads and cancels pending reward requests. The current native advertising session ends when you close the game, as explained on the withdrawal screen. After reopening, advertising stays off unless you allow it again. Withdrawal does not erase information already held by providers; their privacy policies explain additional rights and deletion options.

Children and parents
Rushwater is intended for players aged 9 and older, including children aged 9–12. Store content ratings describe content suitability and are separate from the intended audience. The operator and parent contact are listed below.
The game does not ask for a child's name, birth date, email address or personal profile. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support. Parents should avoid sending unnecessary names, photos, voices, contact details or unrelated personal information in attachments.
Players in either minor age group are asked to have a parent or guardian review the optional advertising notice. The game applies child-directed treatment to ad requests for these groups and uses the LevelPlay Families SDK filter. The local parent-review screen does not verify parental identity or authorize behavioral advertising. Child-directed advertising is restricted to contextual delivery and supporting operations, such as frequency limits and fraud prevention. We do not use children’s support information for advertising. If we discover child information received without a required permission or applicable exception, we will address it and delete information we are not permitted to keep.
A parent or guardian can contact hello@brewedapps.com to ask about information relating to their child, request review or deletion, or ask us to stop further collection or use. Proportionate verification may be needed before disclosing information. Do not email identity documents unless a necessary and secure verification method has been agreed.
Support and diagnostics
When you contact support, we receive your email address, any sender name, your message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate reported problems and handle privacy requests. Our support mailbox uses Google Workspace. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.
Development builds can create local diagnostic logs. They are not automatically uploaded. The release game has no separate connected gameplay analytics or crash-reporting service; advertising providers have their own diagnostics and measurement as described above.
Retention, deletion and privacy rights
Local progress remains until app data is removed or replaced. Brewed Apps cannot remotely recover or erase a local save that was not sent to us. On Android, use Settings > Apps > Rushwater > Storage > Clear data (wording varies by device). Clearing the cache alone does not reset progress. Device backups may exist separately and may restore older data.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, investigate related issues, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can request deletion of correspondence and attachments by emailing hello@brewedapps.com. If an exception applies, we will explain it. Provider backup copies and advertising data follow the relevant providers' retention and deletion processes; uninstalling Rushwater does not itself erase data already held by those providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. No Rushwater account exists to delete. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights.
Service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect rights or resolve a dispute. We do not use support messages for cross-app advertising. Local saves rely on device protections; integrity checks are not encryption. No storage or communication method is completely secure.

We will update this policy when relevant practices change and provide additional notices or choices where required.
