Using Rushwater
Rushwater is provided by First Market Equities LLC, operating as Brewed Apps. These terms cover personal, non-commercial use of the game on supported devices, subject to applicable store terms and law. They do not transfer ownership of the game or its artwork, sound and branding. Read them together with the Rushwater Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use and parents
Do not unlawfully redistribute the game, misuse support services or interfere with other people's systems. This does not limit statutory rights, including applicable interoperability and accessibility rights. A parent or guardian should review these terms with a child. These terms are not a substitute for any required parental consent to personal-data processing.
Coins and boats
Coins and boat unlocks are in-game features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the game and cannot be redeemed for money. There are no real-money purchases or paid subscriptions in this version. Boats can have different handling, boost and braking characteristics. Game balance, prices in earned coins and available features may change as the game is developed.
Optional advertising rewards
Optional rewarded ads offer the reward shown in the game. Ad availability is not guaranteed. A reward requires confirmation from the advertising integration; closing an ad early, loss of connectivity or a provider error may prevent confirmation. The game may limit revives per run. It remains possible to retry for free; a rewarded ad is not required to start another run.
Local progress
Progress is stored locally, without a developer-managed cloud recovery service. Clearing app data, device loss, corruption or installation changes may remove progress. A local recovery copy does not guarantee recovery. Contact support before clearing data when investigating a save problem.
Ownership and consumer rights
The game and third-party components remain owned by their respective owners or licensors. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, support for every device or recovery of lost local progress. Nothing excludes rights, warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Android internal testing is available; public Android and iOS release dates are not promised. Roadmap ideas do not guarantee future features.
