Availability
Android internal testing is available. A public Android release and an iOS version are planned; no release date is promised. Use only builds and store links supplied by Brewed Apps.
Report a problem
Email hello@brewedapps.com with your game version, device/OS, approximate time, the steps you took and what happened. Optional game screenshots can help; remove unrelated personal information. Do not send passwords, payment details, device serial numbers or advertising identifiers. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Progress and saved games
Coins, boats, best distance and settings are saved locally. There is no account, cross-device sync or developer-managed cloud backup. A local recovery copy may help with some save errors, but recovery is not guaranteed. Contact support before clearing storage or reinstalling.
Remove local game data
This permanently removes local progress and preferences, including age and advertising choices. On Android use Settings > Apps > Rushwater > Storage > Clear storage / Clear data. Wording varies by device. Clearing only the cache does not reset progress. Device backups may separately restore old data. Clearing data does not delete provider advertising data or support correspondence; contact us or the relevant provider for those requests.
Coins and advertising rewards
The game has no real-money purchases or subscriptions. Coins are earned in gameplay. Real optional rewarded ads can revive a run, double its coins or unlock a special boat. A reward requires provider confirmation; availability varies. You can always retry for free. For a missing reward, tell us which reward you selected and what happened after closing the ad. Do not clear your save as a routine advertising fix.
Manage advertising
Version 0.10.9 and later separates age from permission for contextual advertising before the first ad. Refusal keeps normal gameplay available. Review the choice in Settings > Privacy & Ads. Turning ads off stops new requests and discards loaded ads; close the game as prompted to end the current native ad session. After reopening, advertising remains off until allowed again.
For parents and guardians
Rushwater is intended for ages 9 and older. Minor age groups receive child-directed, non-personalised advertising treatment and a parent-review screen. That local screen does not verify parental identity. Contact us to request information about a child’s data, review, deletion or stopping further collection/use. Please avoid unnecessary child names, contact details, photos or voices in support attachments.
